At Timberline Farm cows are butchered one at a time in full nose to tail style. Orders are packed in a way that reflects this style and contain a variety of cuts proportional to the quantity of each cut a cow provides. In the form below the percentage next to each category of cut indicates roughly how much of your order will be made up of those cuts. Feel free to choose multiple cuts per category, however each cut is subject to availability. Placing Your Order

Paying for your order;

Orders can be paid for in cash when you receive it or via e-transfer to jared@timberlinefarm.ca

If paying via e-transfer it must be sent and received prior to picking up your order


Picking up your order; 

Orders are brought into Toronto every few weeks to be picked up near Bathurst and St. Clair. Orders can also be picked up any time right from the farm. Home delivery can be arranged for orders 50 lbs or more for a cost of $.50/km round trip.
