At Timberline Farm cows are butchered one at a time in full nose to tail style. Orders are packed in a way that reflects this style and contain a variety of cuts of beef roughly proportional to the quantity of each cut a cow provides. In the order form below the percentage next to each category of cut indicates roughly how much of your order will be made up of those cuts. Feel free to choose multiple cuts per category, however each cut is subject to availability.
